THE CHALLENGE
Remote and hybrid work is a reality, so what's the problem?
Difficulty in creating a sense of community and belonging among remote team members, which may result in feelings of isolation or exclusion.
Lack of face-to-face interaction may make it more difficult to identify and address issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Remote work can amplify existing biases or disparities in the workplace, such as those related to race, gender, or socio-economic status.
The Approach
Create a consulting service for companies trying to generate a corporate culture that adapts and understands the particularities of hybrid mode work.
Generate a bridge that provides staffing from underrepresented communities to companies participating in the tech industry.
